 Dor-O-Matic
was founded in 1951, and is one of the most experienced
automatic door manufacturers in the world. It distinguishes
itself by expertise, innovation and craftsmanship. In
1953, Dor-O-Matic invented the hydraulically operated
automatic door operator for pedestrian traffic. Today,
it continues its leadership and new customzied automatic
door products to meet its customer's needs. All Dor-O-Matic
products are designed for safety and to support architectural
excellence within UL and ANSI code requirements.
In 1997, Dor-O-Matic was acquired by Ingersoll-Rand,
and as part of the Security and Safety sector, it provides
architectural door products to complement IR's packages.
But product is only half the story. Dor-O-Matic provides
complete installation services and AAADM inspection
through its network of regional offices, distributors
and IR security and safety consultants.

- 96K sliding door systems, including security options,
all-glass packages and Dade county packages
