Dor-O-Matic Automatic Door Systems is now offering
a NEW high-resolution, color surveillance camera
system that optimizes protection against loss
and false liability. Unlike most security cameras
that capture distorted black and white images,
the Opti-Guard™ camera system captures crisp,
full color images and video for more accurate
identification. The Opti-Guard™ camera system
is not a motion sensor but an actual surveillance
system that operates even when there is no movement
in its wide viewing area.
The Opti-Guard™ surveillance system is made
up of two separate cameras, one each of a jamb
and header mounted model. Used together, both
cameras monitor and capture activity in the widest
possible viewing area. The header mounted camera
monitors events at the threshold looking down,
while the jamb mounted camera captures full-face
views giving you two vantage points. Both cameras
can be used independently, yet the dual system
optimizes your protection against claims as well
as loss prevention.
Opti-Guard™ cameras are small, unobtrusive,
and made of indestructible ABS plastic. They fit
in any 1¾" jamb tube and can be installed
new or retrofitted
in any existing door. Opti-Guard™ cameras
interface with digital or standard monitoring
equipment.
