New, digital controller for Dor-O-Matic Sliding Doors

Harwood Heights - July 1 2003 - Dor-O-Matic Automatic Door Systems introduces a new digital controller for its Series 96K sliding door systems, including bi-part, single, and all glass and hurricane models.

Dor-O-Matic's new 96K design combines the control and transformer together in a single unit with digital display and adjustment. The controller is factory programmed, and provides simplified adjustments via keypad entry for opening and closing speed, back-check, latching, and safety reverse.

In addition, as a result of the digital technology, the following new features have been incorporated into the controls: a test activation button that allows doors to be tested without activating the sensors, a default button which resets the controls to the original factory settings, and an expanded adjustment range for the energy-wise option. The settings can be viewed easily by anyone lifting the cover. Built-in security prevents accidental reprogramming.
